Commissions

✷ Commissions ✷

On this page, you'll find the different types of commissions I offer.

Whether you'd like an illustration of your role-playing character or OC, artwork for a book cover, a portrait of someone dear to you or simply a treat for yourself, I can create a custom illustration based on your idea.

If your idea doesn't seem to fit a specific category, share it with me and I'll get back to you with a price estimate.

Stylised character

A character drawn and interpreted in my own style, with a solid-colour background. The artwork is created on an iPad using Procreate.

Two options are available for each variant:

Sketch only: a sketched version of your illustration, with a rougher, more spontaneous feel.
Finished illustration: a fully rendered version, with colours, shadows, highlights and details.

Full body

Sketch: €80
Color: €160

Bust

Sketch: €60
Color: €110

Portrait

Sketch: €40

What's included in your commission

Clothing, small accessories (bags, hats, weapons...), jewellery, tattoos, a specific hairstyle, horns, elf or cat ears, facial expressions, etc.

If the character's accessories are very complex and I expect them to take significantly more time, an additional charge will be discussed in advance.

Paid extras

Additional character: +70% of the original price.
Animal: +50% of the original price.
Flowers, foliage, wings or objects around the character.
Background.
Complex pose or action scene.

Payment terms

Payment is split into two instalments: an initial payment of 50% of the total amount is required before I begin drawing, and the remaining 50% is due after you have seen the first sketch, before I start refining the illustration.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, via PayPal or in cash at the tattoo studio in Charleroi, by appointment.

Revisions of the drawing

Once the first sketch is ready, we can discuss any adjustments. Several revisions can be considered without any problem, as long as they remain reasonable. If the requested changes are particularly numerous or substantial, an additional charge may apply for the extra work involved. Small adjustments are also possible after completion, under the same conditions. Any additional charge will be explained in advance: I will always make sure you understand the reason for it and know exactly what you will be paying.

File delivery

Delivery of the digital file is included in the price and sent by email in pdf, jpg and png formats.

The file will be sized so that it can be printed up to A3 without losing quality.

I also offer postal delivery of a high-quality print on premium paper.

A5 size: an additional €5.00
A4 size: an additional €10.00
A3 size: an additional €15.00

Postal delivery is only available within the European Union. Shipping costs depend on the destination country.

You can also collect your print free of charge from the tattoo studio in Charleroi - by appointment only.

Sensitive subjects and adult content

I do not create illustrations that are insulting, humiliating or intended to demean a person or group. I also do not accept requests to depict characters from existing franchises in sexually explicit situations.

Scantily dressed characters may be accepted, depending on the context and degree of nudity. However, I reserve the right to refuse a request if it goes beyond my boundaries.

Erotic or sexual illustrations

This type of commission may be considered under certain conditions and following a prior discussion. An in-person consultation at my tattoo studio in Charleroi will be required, along with a signed consent form.

If the illustration depicts a real person, they must:

be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age;
attend the consultation in person;
give their explicit consent to the requested depiction and also sign the corresponding consent form.

These commissions are subject to a surcharge:
